We are planning consultants with 35 years experience over the whole planning field, but specialising in residential development and sports and leisure projects. However we have experience gaining permission for all types of development.

The practice has achieved many planning permissions for residential development for projects as simple as resolving issues with the Council over fences and sheds through to multiple house residential schemes. We are retained by a number of developers to advise them.

We also have a reputation for designing and planning artificial pitches and floodlighting being one of the few planning consultancies with the expertise in this field. We also project manage the building of the pitches. This is for schools, clubs and local authorities.
